Projects
- Our team has more than 15 years of experience in developing efficient and highly robust reliable pitch systems for onshore and offshore wind turbines.
- We design, develop and verify functionally safe drive systems and subsystem components.
- According to your requirements, we specify, design and develop electrical energy storage systems and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
- For type tests and series tests in production, we develop and supply test benches.
- Process-compliant implementation of threat analyses and creation of risk assessments for cybersecurity
- Creation of security concepts in accordance with IEC 62443 and to fulfil the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Development of concepts
- We define system requirements on the basis of preliminary concept studies and feasibility analyses, such as statistical load simulation and analysis.
- At all levels of system development, we draw up architectures, detailed specifications, functional specifications and test specifications.
- We simulate electrical drive systems such as pitch systems with MATLAB® Simulink®and in DNV GL Bladed to optimise control structures.
- We develop, verify and qualify the performance and safety functions of electromechanical systems in our in-house laboratory and accompany the certification process.
- Creation of secure source code and execution of security-relevant tests in accordance with EN 50128 and IEC 62443
Series transfer & follow-up support
- Once development is complete, we responsibly manage your production - or that of an EMS - and support your system throughout its entire life cycle.
- We competently take over the maintenance of your successful systems and branded products and take the pressure off your team.
- In the event of component discontinuation, we will be happy to help you revise your systems and products.
