As a development service provider, we develop complete system solutions and products, including electronic components, firmware, and the appropriate housing. We have many years of experience in the design, development, and verification of functionally safe sensors, actuators, controllers, and components for collaborative robot systems. We work according to the development process certified by TÜV Rheinland with maturity level 5, which means that our processes are not only established and stable, but also continuously optimized. This guarantees our customers innovative and high-quality solutions. 

During development, we use your tool environment or embeX's own tool landscape. We implement your non-safety-related product developments efficiently and on schedule, in compliance with the required manufacturing and agreed development costs.

Concept and design

  • Rapid prototyping and development of demonstrators and functional samples
  • Creation of safety requirements specifications, safety concepts, and development of your functionally safe product
  • Process-compliant threat analysis and risk assessment for cybersecurity

Development
